Win Launch is an Personalisation Application for App Launcher Look on Windows 8 like Mac Lion OS x. Home Screen Look like Above Image and you can put frequently used shortcuts of Websites ,programs .you can do it by press ‘F’ and drag and drop Applications which you want make shortcuts on Windows App Launcher
After the configuration, you press the ‘Shift + Tab ’ to Launch Application. You can group the icons by dragging one on to another which is useful access all application those are alike
You can download it Sourceforge.net and extract files to local folder and click on the Windows starter.exe to launch the app. It very helpful because it make a free the people with confusing icons on Windows start
